We were just in the process of reviewing and tidying up our website, and realised we ‘d never publicised this information. So, perhaps a little late, but the staff at Mode Hotel were proud to be a finalist in HRS Hotel Excellence Awards 2011 in the category of “Excellent Customer Service – Small Hotel”.
